Shipping policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we regret to inform you that you cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please take some time to carefully review your order prior to checking out. Hooked On Hype does not offer refunds, or exchanges.

All orders are fulfilled/processed within 10-15 business days BEFORE shipping. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will keep our INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK page updated with Stories and posts to keep you updated on any and all delays. If your order/package is sent back to us of no fault to HookedOnHype, customer must pay additional shipping cost to resend package once it gets back to our facility.

Also, once your order has shipped with either tracking or USPS First Class which does not have tracking, HookedOnHype is not liable for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Please contact your mail carrier to submit a dispute. Thank you. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes - HookedOnHype is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages - HookedOnHype is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If postage is required upon collection of your item, HookedOnHype is not responsible for covering the postage cost.

No insurance is offered for packages sent by HookedOnHype

HookedOnHype is not responsible for any delays in shipping or packages lost in transit due to the shipping company’s error(s).
